Morning:
choice 1) fellowship outing - i really wanted to go cuz it's rare that quite a lot of my f'ship pl are free for an outing together
choice 2) youth ministry seminar - the topic's really interesting abt helping youths counter effects of the net

Afternoon - Evening:
no choice: music ministry meeting

Nite:
choice 1) cvcf alumni dinner - this is the first alumni gathering it'll be good to meet fellow ex-cvcf brothers and sisters
choice 2) junlin dad's 60th bday party - 60th birthday leh!!!

if you were me, where will u go.......?

at the end, i was not feeling well and sprained my back at the same time, so morning stayed at home rest; at night i went to junlin's dad's party...i tot it'll be a long time until things start crashing again until...

THIS FRIDAY 21/8 NIGHT

choice 1) youth seminar on intelligent design by shalom ministries - there are some pl in my fellowship which are interested to go; more imptly there are some potential non-christian frens whom i could be bringing there

choice 2) music ministry monthly prayer meeting - i missed the last mth's meeting cuz it was the day b4 my dad leaves for hk and everyone met toge to haf a good farewell dinner w him. so if i dun go = pon twice = very bad

choice 3) pri school gathering - i have this fren who just returned from overseas and I have not met him for years; and some of the pl who will be attending the gathering that night i have not met them since 1996 after PSLE. guess how much i want to go to meet them. last wk there was another dinner gathering but i had prior appt so cldn't last min cancel & go.

ok if you were me, what will u do?

of uncle agony and gladiators...

b4 i begin... some clarifications... the last post is not all abt my work... tho it can't be far away from it if u spend 9-10hrs in office everyday.. budden thank God my back's more or less ok, my cough tho lingering is getting better...i.e. les miserable will remain just a preview... too lazy to type in the details.. haahaa~ and i've just launched my first property tender project...

haha talkg abt that... after the launch my office no. and my office email became public and public enquiries came in flooding... and i realised, a lot of pl are trying to dig out info which they think that we have but we actually don't have and they think when we say we don't have means we're hiding from them... and of cuz the usual "govt is so restrictive/ not helping us/ not cooperative/ aka. u all suck." this kinda comments...

and they come in 2 forms.. either they tell u long long heart-wrenching story abt how difficult it is to find a place for their businesses (to say the truth, i do to a certain extent empathise with them), where i have to be uncle agony.. or they'll try to threaten/ aggressively wrangle over the phone w me... so i have to a gladiator and hold my ground till they give up digging. phew~

but i do thank God last time in army as a medic i also receive lots of phonecalls... although the nature is rather different, but the bottomline is the same: i dun haf means dun haf, i won't say mean i won't day. BLEH. (ok that's in 5-yr old language) or i have my principles and systems of work which would not be changed by your whims and fancies (ok that's better)

so that's abt it. time to enjoy my saturday~!
