Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.

You must be on your guard. You will be handed over to the local councils and flogged in the synagogues. On account of me you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them. And the gospel must first be preached to all nations. Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit."

a little tribute to little gordon.

it feels gd to reach the top.

once upon a time, there's this 14-yr old boy named gordon. during his PE lesson, he was required to scale this indoor rock wall in his sch's gymnasium. he tried v v v v v v v hard for a gd number of lessons, but he can't get past chest height.

humiliation? positive. disappointment? absolute.

fast forward a decade later. After 1 broken finger, 1 broken arm, 1 torn ligament (all not due to rock climbg, but old injuries. dun worry. haha), and 10kg extra later, he finally managed to climb to the top. nevermind it was the easiest wall, nevermind it was 1 out of 5 tries. nevermind pl 1/2 his age is climbing twice as fast as him. at least it put a smile onto the 14-yr old gordon's face.

Ah Lek was asked to make a sentence using 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Not only did he do it 1 to 10 he did it again from 10 back to 1. This is what he came up with...

1 day I go 2 climb a 3 outside a house to peep. But the couple saw me, so I panic and 4 down. The man rushed out and wanted to 5 with me.. I ran until I fell 6 and threw up. So I go into 7 -eleven and grabbed some 8 to throw at him. Then I took a 9 and try to stab at him. 10 God he run away.

10 I put the 9 back and pay for the 8 and left 7 -eleven. Next day I called my
boss and told him I was 6 . He said 5, tomorrow also no need to come back 4 work.
He also asked me to go climb a 3 and jump down. I don't understand. I am so nice 2 him but I don't know what he 1.
